2. Refunds Policy
a. Subscription Fees
i. Free Forever Plan:
- Description: Up to 40 Requests per month at no cost.
- Refunds: As this plan is free, no refunds are applicable.
ii. Paid Plans:
- Plans and Pricing:
- 1-150 Requests: $0.50 per request per month (resets monthly).
- 150-400 Requests (Starter): $0.40 per request.
- 400-1000 Requests (Business): $0.25 per request.
- 1000-5000 Requests (Growth): $0.15 per request.
- 5000+ Requests (Enterprise): Contact Support for pricing.
Refund Eligibility:
- No Refunds for Used Services: Fees are non-refundable once the services have been rendered or the request has been fulfilled.
- Unused Services: If you have prepaid for services that remain unused by the end of your billing cycle, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of significant service disruption or failure to provide the promised services, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.

i. Website Plans:
- 5 Custom Templates + SEO (3 Months): $999 USD
- Complete Custom Development + SEO: $1499 USD
Refund Eligibility:
- Partial Refunds: If you cancel within the first 14 days of purchase and no work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Non-Refundable Services: Once the website customization or SEO services have begun, refunds are not available.
ii. Pharmacy PC Support:
- Pricing: $39 per year per PC (covers 4 instances annually; unused instances carry forward). Hardware support is charged per request.
Refund Eligibility:
- Annual Subscription: Refunds are not available for annual PC Support subscriptions.
- Unused Instances: Unused support instances can be carried forward to the next year but are not refundable.
iii. Virtual Assistant (VA) Services:
Refund Eligibility:
- Prepaid Hours: Refunds are available only for unused prepaid VA hours. No refunds for used hours.
- Cancellation: To cancel VA services and request a refund for unused hours, contact us at [email protected] before using the remaining hours.
c. Non-Refundable Items
- Referral Bonuses: Any rewards or discounts earned through referral programs are non-refundable.
- Promotional Offers: Discounts or special pricing received through promotions are non-refundable unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
3. Cancellation Policy
a. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription to RxOnWeb at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
How to Cancel:
- Log In: Access your RxOnWeb account through the app or website.
- Navigate to Account Settings: Go to the “Account” or “Subscription” section.
- Select Cancel Subscription: Follow the prompts to cancel your current subscription plan.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
b. Service Cancellation
For additional services such as Website Plans, PC Support, or VA Services, cancellation policies are as follows:
i. Website Plans:
- Standard Cancellation: Cancel services before the commencement of work to receive a full refund for unused services.
- Post-Commencement: Once customization or SEO services have started, cancellation is not eligible for a refund.
ii. Pharmacy PC Support:
- Annual Subscriptions: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Can be canceled at any time without penalty.
iii. Virtual Assistant (VA) Services:
- Ongoing Services: Cancel ongoing VA services at any time by notifying us via email at [email protected].
- Prepaid Hours: Refunds for unused prepaid VA hours will be processed as per the Refunds Policy.
c. Immediate Termination
RxOnWeb reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that RxOnWeb believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, RxOnWeb, or third parties.
4. Effects of Cancellation
a. Access to Services
Upon cancellation:
- Subscription Plans: You will retain access to your subscription plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Additional Services: Access to additional services (e.g., website, PC Support) will cease immediately unless otherwise specified.
b. Data Retention and Deletion
- App Users: Your personal information will be retained until you delete your account.
- Pharmacies: Your information will be retained for 180 days after your plan expires.
- Data Deletion: Upon request, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refunds and Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Posting the updated Policy within the website.
- Sending an email notification to your registered email address.
Your continued use of RxOnWeb after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the new Policy, you must stop using the Service.
